A self-adjusting tibia pad makes it easy for anyone to find a comfortable position, while a contoured knee pad provides optimal cushioning behind the user’s knee on every rep. Angled seat and back pads encourage full quadriceps contraction, and a clearly marked pivot encourages correct knee alignment. Thumb-switch controls and an ergonomically sculpted adjustment handle make it easy for users to get started.
